Lipman Care Management & Consulting was founded on a simple belief: families deserve compassionate, knowledgeable support when navigating the challenges of senior care and dementia services. Drawing on years of hands-on experience across respected senior living and memory care communities, I bring clarity, reassurance, and personalized guidance to every family I work with.

My career has been shaped by meaningful roles at CareOne at Harmony Village, Sunrise Senior Living, Jewish Home Family / Jewish Home Assisted Living, and the Bergen County YJCC. These environments strengthened my relationship-centered approach—one focused on listening deeply, understanding each family’s unique journey, and honoring the dignity and story of every individual.

I feel incredibly grateful for the encouragement of colleagues, friends, and the resident families who have trusted me over the years. Their support fuels my commitment to this meaningful work and inspires me to continue showing up with optimism, energy, and care.
